Prom 2011 is coming, and the hunt for the perfect dress and perfect shoes are underway in high schools everywhere! So here is a choice for a very pretty Prom high heel that is feminine, classy and flirty all in one.
The ruffled t-strap design is my favorite detail on these peep toe pumps by Nina. They feature a 4 inch high heel, but also have a hidden platform to add some comfort and stability. Fabulous for a night of dancing at your High School Prom! These pretty prom shoes are also available in Black, Navy, Steel and Chocolate Brown satin colors.

Wedges for Spring? Absolutely! Sun dresses, shorts and skirts all look good with a cute pair of wedge sandals. Throw on a floppy sassy summer hat and you are ready for some Spring and Summer fun in the sun.
These wedge sandals from Nine West Getby are way up there on my list of favorite summer sandals. I love the strappy look of these sandals. They feature a 4 1/4 heel and a 1 1/4 platform, leather or man made uppers and an adjustable buckle closure on the ankle strap.
I think the yellow is so pretty for Easter, and they also come in a pretty gold, light red, brown and black.

It is a well-known documented fact that I am lover of all things boots! Whether they are ankle boties or knee high, low heel, flat or high heel, I simply love boots. So when I came across these sexy heels from Chinese Laundry, I had to sit and stare a bit.
What is there to not love about these open toe high heel booties? Seriously…they are pretty near perfection, if you ask me. I adore the 4.75 inch heel….fantastic (though a bit daunting too.) They also feature a wonderful ruched detail on the front, and a back zip closure.
Maybe the best part of these awesome booties from Chinese Laundry is the price. Yep–under $100 for all that deliciousness ($89.00, to be exact.)

Kate Spade is one of my favorites when it comes to shoes. This spring everything is coming up wedges, and her latest “Blooming” selection is the epitome of a wedge heel sandal I would love to have in my spring closet this year!
Braided rope detail covers the outsole, and they feature a leather lining and insole. Made in Spain, these Kate Spade Wedges have 4 inch heels and a 3/4 inch platform.
Shorts, summer dresses and skirts would be adorable matched with these beautiful wedge heels!

If you are looking for a little sass in your step, check out these ‘Astery’ booties by Jessica Simpson. Perfect for trimming the tree parties with a sexy pair of jeans and a warm winter sweater–these boots come in a black suede as well as the fog grey leather shown here.
The 4 1/4 inch heel on these shoes is awesome, but my favorite features are the fold-over collar and slouched vamp. The side buckles adds interest, as do the sexy peep toes. All in all, a very fun yet stylish boot for winter!
These Jessica Simpson boots have won me over. If only she could loan me the $129.00 to buy a pair–I’d be a very happy girl indeed!

These high heel “Impulse” shoes by Betsey Johnson just demand to go to a holiday party–don’t they? From the luscious velvet uppers to the incredibly sexy 5-inch heels, they are ready to be the belle of any party this season!
I love everything about these heels–the sequins and beading at the peep toes, the awesome chunky-style high heel, and of course, the classic Betsey Johnson leopard-print foot-bed. The slingback buckle-closure adds even more sexiness to a pair of high heels that is nothing but sexy and flirtatious!

If anyone on your holiday gift list is a shoe lover, these fun cookies would make a great present (as well as fun party favors!) They are so cute that I think I would be tempted to save them instead of eating these cookies.
Flourpot Cookies offers these and other shoe cookies for $5.95. You can order these treats with your own customized colors, as well as personalized gift tags.

Gayle’s Chocolates offers a delicious gift idea for shoe divas too– decadent chocolate high heels. And all of their chocolate shoes come packed in a reusable plastic purse! There are different styles you can choose from, but I am partial to their new Violet Pumps shown here.

We are eagerly awaiting the fashions we will see when final wedding plans for Prince William and his fiance, Kate Middleton, are announced. In the meantime, we can search for wedding shoes we think are worthy of Royal Wedding attire.
These Kate Spade sling-back sandals are simple and elegant. Pretty yet demure, we think these sandals would make a very suitable choice for the most traditional of weddings. Made in Italy, these lovely bridal shoes feature a 3.5 inch heel and a lovely bow-embellishment.
Brides can choose from the traditional white, as well as ivory, camel patent and a black and cream combination. But as far as royal weddings go, we say stick with white or ivory

I love high heels, but I must admit that there are some shoe designers that leave me shaking my head when I see their latest (and highest) creations. Here are just a few of the strangest and might I add, scariest, high heels I have seen lately:
Could you walk in these?? Seriously?

Nina Ricci, 11 inch heels
Would you want to walk in these shoes?
Guo Pei, Geisha Platforms, 10 inches
And please tell me How you walk in these shoes? Anyone??
Noritaka Tatehana, 9.1 inches
